Before embarking on her master's degree at Carleton University, Emma worked for architectural practices operating at the extremes of the demographic spectrum: a non-profit organization focused on upgrading informal settlements, and luxury private residences. Emma’s passion is for thoughtful design and exploring the role it plays in our relationship to spaces and natural environments. Outside of work she enjoys reading, getting messy in the pottery studio and making the most of living on the west coast.
