This proposal is a four storey mixed-use building of roughly 20,000 SF gross area located on the present site of the Fairfield United Church and its adjoining hall at the corner of Fairfield Road and Moss Street – the so-called “Five Points Village”.

The building will include four storeys of rental apartments (a split of one- and two-bedroom units) over 2,500 SF of ground floor space for the use of the Church and related community uses, and a retail space expected to house a neighbourhood café. Approximately 18 parking stalls, along with bicycle storage, will be provided in an underground garage.
