Jakob joined the firm in 2025 after graduating from Laurentian University with a Master of Architecture degree. He is interested in the tectonics of architecture and understanding how the small details of a project can add up to creating well crafted spaces. Extending from his education, Jakob enjoys exploring unique structures with a particular interest in the use of mass timber. He takes a systematic approach to his work, looking to develop interconnected solutions across the various phases and scales of a project to reach a high quality result.

Since joining LHRA, Jakob has assisted with various projects, including multistory residential and commercial programs across different phases. He is eager to increase his knowledge and experience on every project, looking for new opportunities to learn new technologies, practices, and approaches.
