We are seeking talented and motivated Intern Architects who are passionate about design, eager to learn, and committed to developing a solid foundation in architectural practice.

Successful candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited post-secondary institution;
• Registration or eligibility for registration with the Architectural Institute of British Columbia (AIBC);
• 1–5 years of professional experience in an architectural practice environment;
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Affinity or Adobe creative suite; Vectorworks experience considered an asset;
• Experience with Lumion or Enscape is an asset;
• Strong design, graphic communication, technical, and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
• Basic working knowledge of BC Building Code and accessibility requirements;
• A collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork and learning.

The Intern Architect’s responsibilities may include:

• Assist with the development of schematic design concepts and presentations;
• Producing 3D models, renderings, plans, and graphic representations;
• Supporting project teams in the development of BIM models, construction documents, schedules, and drawing coordination;
• Participating in consultant coordination and technical documentation;
• Assisting with field reviews and construction administration;
• Supporting research, project planning, and marketing initiatives;
• Working closely with Principals, Associates, and senior staff to gain practical experience across all phases of practice.

Commensurate with demonstrated experience.
Range: $60,000 – $75,000
