Rebecca has a diploma in Construction Engineering Technology – Management from George Brown College in Toronto and over twenty-five years of experience in institutional construction projects. She has been involved in projects from investigation of site conditions through resolution of post-occupancy issues. She is a Certified Construction Contract Adminstrator.

Rebecca uses her experiences in Contract Administration to improve her Specifications. She doesn’t like to make the same mistake twice.
