Howard is an architect with over 16 years of professional experience. He is an associate with LHRA and has been a member of this firm for 10 years. Howard has experience with a wide range of projects ranging from single-family homes, interior commercial fit-ups, to larger multi-family residential projects, libraries, and educational facilities. Howard brings sensitivity to all aspects of the design process and is deeply committed to the collaborative process involving clients, consultants, and the contracting team to bring a project to life.

He is currently project managing the National Centre for Indigenous Laws at the University of Victoria, an expansion to the existing Fraser law building.
