Our Studio

Low Hammond Rowe Architects is a design-oriented, mid-sized architectural practice in Victoria BC, with 40 years of experience serving clients throughout British Columbia. Our studio specializes in the planning and design of market & non-market housing, institutional buildings, schools, libraries, daycares, and health related facilities that require thoughtful design, technical precision, and collaborative delivery. We place a strong emphasis on social sustainability, placemaking and community building throughout our work, and pursue the highest practical levels of energy efficiency, from BC Step Code to LEED and Passive House performances.

As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking highly capable, creative, and collaborative professionals to join our team as Senior Architect, Intern Architect, and Senior Architectural Technologist.

Our firm is led by three Principals and four Associates who actively mentor team members and foster professional development. We offer the opportunity to work on meaningful, technically sophisticated projects within a collaborative and supportive studio environment that values initiative, design excellence, and long-term career growth.
